Something Old, Something New

This quilt is a cross-over, made of some vintage fabrics, some older fabrics
and some newer fabrics that all blend together into a cheery throw size
quilt. The fabrics include a feed sack, an older 36" wide fabric, a homespun
plaid and several others added in to complete this collection of pinks,
blues and reds. The scalloped edging and large rose fabric border give this
large lap quilt a romantic feel. It is filled with a light weight polyester
batting and quilted with romantic roses design.

"Blue Romance"

This pretty two color blue and white quilt has a romantic scalloped border to compliment the simple patchwork design. Multi fabric squares surround larger  kaleidoscope blocks that are all  framed by a large sophisticated outer floral border.

This quilt is completely made by Pat Ferguson, machine assembled with new fabrics and a summer weight cotton request batting. Backing is pieced to add interest.  Machine quilted “Feathered Meandering” pattern by Linda Taylor add to its dreamy look.

"Strippy Cats 1"

This whimsical cat fabric designed by Laurel Burch is bright and vibrant with its jewel tone colors! Bright purple sashing, multi color small stripe border and larger border with big splashes of color surround wide “strips”of fancy and exotic cats. Center strip features “Fancy Feathered Hearts” quilting pattern by Sharon Schamber and playful  “Sprung” quilting pattern by Jodi Beamish complete the quilt.

This quilt is completely made and machine quilted by Pat Ferguson, machine assembled with new fabrics and a mid weight ploy/cotton select batting. The back is a wonderful work of art with multiple fabric strips and more wonderful cat fabric.

Made for the cat lover in mind, it would be purrrfect for cuddling up with.
