(Fabric Photo Quilt) The Blackstone River runs under this very old but sturdy cement bridge. As a child, I spent many hours adventuring in the water and rocks below it.
The photo, was taken by Pat Ferguson in the fall on a sunny day, It was printed on fabric and pieced together with a wonderful yellow and gray fabric with fall leavers and dragonflies, reminiscent of those that buzz around the bridge. A graphic gray fabric in the corners and prairie points accent the gray cement. The bridge is outline quilted to add dimension and angular quilting in the borders accents the prairie points.
