Ribbon Illusions Heart        16″ x  16″        9-1999

This is an older piece that was once used as a class sample. I finished it up and even did the ribbon illusions technique on the label. After all these years I am ready to let it go for someone to enjoy in their home decor. The illusion of a heart shaped ribbon is adorned with small embroideries and a matching butterfly pin. There is subtle piecing of an on-point 9-patch in the background.
